-”Based on the cox regression with IPTW model, no significant difference in the risk of conversion to progressive course between EIT (early intensive treatment) and escalation approaches was found.  The average time of conversion to SPMS for high DMT group was estimated as ATE = 3.2 years less than escalation group, but it was not statistically significant.  If patients in escalation group received high DMT, the estimated average time of progression to SPMS would be POM = 24.90 years”
