-In this 5-year longitudinal OCT study, progressive MS patients with DP had significantly greater estimated pRNFL thinning than their non-progressing counterparts. The pRNFL thinning in the entire MS population was additionally driven by older age, previous history of MSON and being on medium potency or no DMT. The age and DMT effects were seen in the CIS/RRMS population, whereas the DP was the main factor in the PMS group
